How we prepare, ship, and deliver your order. Final fees and dates are always confirmed at checkout.

After payment is confirmed, we prepare your items for dispatch. During peak periods processing may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated by email where possible.
Delivery
We work with trusted couriers to deliver across Bangladesh. Options, charges, and estimated arrival windows depend on your address and are shown clearly before you complete payment.
Tracking
Once your parcel is on the way, you can follow progress from Track your order or sign in and open My orders.
